ReturnsThe Play Pipes Company offers quality merchandise, but occasionally an item must be returned. If you need to return merchandise, please E-mail our for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. An item may be returned for credit up to 45 days after your receipt of the product.
A credit to your charge account or a company check will be executed when the Merchandise is received by The Play Pipes Company. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable and you pay shipping charges to return the merchandise. Goods Damaged in ShipmentWe package every order in a manner to prevent shipping damage. As a general policy, you should never accept receipt of merchandise until you inspect for damage. Upon inspection, should you find the merchandise is damaged, contact your local UPS office immediately and file a Damage Inspection report. Defective MerchandiseShould the product be defective, please E-mail our for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Shipping ChargesShipping Charges are based on weight and distance and we insure the package to the value of your order. Actual charge may differ from the estimate generated on-line.
